Olivia F. Scott

Olivia is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Omerge Alliances, an integrated marketing management consultancy, focusing on beauty, wellness & entertainment brand development and marketing.  For the past 10 years, Olivia has taught Competitive Strategy, Media Management, Events Marketing and Partnership Marketing courses at New York University, and Marketing 101 at Institute for Audio Research.

Olivia’s experience includes being the Chief Marketing Officer for Carol’s Daughter, Marketing Consultant for Andre Walker Hair, Creator of IMAN Cosmetics’ first-ever film partnership with Screen Gems About Last Night with Kevin Hart launching their About Last Night Lip Collection, and marketing lead for Detroit-based Limelight Extensions & Pooka Pure & Simple.  She brings her passion for the operations of an effective marketing campaign to all beauty projects. Olivia is also the ESSENCE Festival Beauty & Style Expo lead programming director consultant, where she has led strategy for beauty & fashion experts in this experience since 2016.

In addition to her beauty expertise, Olivia has an accomplished marketing career rooted in 20+ years of diversified brand, agency & media marketing experience as Associate Publisher of VIBE Magazine, Vice President of Alliances at Live Nation, Chief of Staff of Translation Advertising Agency, and at agencies Leo Burnett, DDB, Frankel and Ogilvy developing a variety of marketing programs for clients such as Hilton, Wrigley, ING, Motorola, Volkswagen, Chase, among others. Presently, she also leads partnership marketing efforts for Media Storm marketing agency.

The native Memphian resides in NYC, is a certified yoga teacher, avid music lover, and holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism from University of Missouri-Columbia and Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
